1) HOW TO BUY
Buying on Docksteps Official Online Store is very easy.
You can navigate to the homepage of the site or the catalogue and click on the image of the chosen product to view the relevant product sheet.
Product sheet:
Within the product sheet you can view details of the selected item and see enlarged product images using zoom. The product sheet lists model, description, and price information. Where necessary, you will need to indicate the size before purchasing. Only the sizes available at that time are displayed.
Shopping Cart:
Within the shopping cart page you can view the products you have selected, the quantity and the total cost of your order.
By clicking "Proceed with Order" you can continue on the path to purchase.
To complete the order you will have to fill out the Checkout page, following the steps indicated: within the same page, in the box on the right, you can view the progress of the checkout.
All the data of your order are summarized at the end of the procedure and once the purchase process is confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
Once the purchase is completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the summary and the code of the order placed.
3) SHIPMENTS
Orders placed on Docksteps Shoes Online Store are shipped within the Italian territory by courier.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination countries and shipping methods chosen and will be calculated and indicated in the purchase procedure before the order is placed by the Buyer, as well as shown on the web page summarizing the order placed.
Shipments to Italy are free of charge for orders of €100 or more. At the time of shipment is communicated the tracking number to follow the path of the package.
Orders are processed immediately after a check on the actual availability of the product and the check of payment. In case of errors, the amount charged may be refunded.
Shipments are delivered in 1-3 working days in Italy, depending on the delivery area and the time the order was placed or payment received.
The goods will arrive directly at the indicated location without having to pay anything beyond what was paid at the time of the order.
ATTENTION: we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by credit card is possible.
Credit Cards
We accept major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
The transaction is secure and is hosted by the payment service provider's server: we do not intercept or store customers' credit card information.
If necessary, the request for an electronic invoice must be sent by e-mail to the following address customerservice@docksteps.com within 7 days of the date of issue of the order.
5) FREE RETURNS
We guarantee all our customers peace of mind in the process of purchasing on the site.
Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can exercise the right of return.
Returns
You can request the return of a purchased product only in the following cases (according to D.L. 206/2005):
- the request must be made within 14 days date of delivery of the order.
To initiate the return process, you must create a request from this page.
If you made the purchase as a guest, you will need to register on the site with the same email address used for the purchase in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.Once the request has been made, you will receive at your email address the return document to insert inside the package and the shipping label to affix on the outside of the package.
Freight charges for returning the product are free for orders placed in Italy.
(If you are responsible for the cost, you can ship with any courier or postal service, as long as it is traceable).
Acceptance of returned goods shall only take place in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- the product must be undamaged and unused;
- the tag accompanying the product and/or the seal must not have been removed.
Following verification of the existence of the above conditions, we will refund the amount paid. Only the amounts collected for the purchase of the products will be refunded, net of shipping costs and any cash on delivery fee. If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the sender.
Note: We will not accept returns of items unless the above procedure has been followed and the above requirements have been met.
7) SAFETY
