1) HOW TO BUY
Buying on Docksteps Official Online Store is very easy.
You can navigate to the homepage of the site or the catalogue and click on the image of the chosen product to view the relevant product sheet.
Product sheet:
Within the product sheet you can view details of the selected item and see enlarged product images using the zoom. The product page contains information on the model, description and price. If necessary, you will need to indicate the size before proceeding with the purchase. Only the sizes available at that moment are displayed.
Shopping cart:
On the shopping cart page you can view the products selected, the quantity and the total cost of your order.
By clicking on "Proceed with order" you can continue with your purchase.
To complete your order, you will have to fill in the Checkout page, following the steps indicated: on the same page, in the box on the right, you can see the progress of the checkout.
All your order details are summarised at the end of the procedure and once you have confirmed the purchase process, you will no longer be able to make any changes.
Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary and the order code.
3) SHIPMENTS
Orders placed on Docksteps Shoes Online Store are shipped on the Italian territory by courier Crono Poste. Shipments are free for orders of € 160 and above. At the time of shipment you will receive the tracking number to follow the path of the package.
Orders are processed immediately after checking the actual availability of the product and checking the payment. In case of errors, the amount charged may be refunded.
Shipments are delivered in 1-3 working days in Italy, depending on the delivery zone and the time the order was placed or payment received.
The goods will arrive directly at the indicated location without having to pay anything beyond what was paid at the time of the order.
ATTENTION: we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by credit card is possible.
Credit cards
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
The transaction is secure and is hosted by the payment service provider's server: we do not intercept or store customers' credit card details.
If necessary, the request for an electronic invoice must be sent by e-mail to the following address customerservice@docksteps.com within 7 days of the date of issue of the order.
5) FREE RETURNS
We guarantee all our customers peace of mind in the process of shopping on the site.
If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can exercise your right to return it.
Returns
You can request the return of a purchased product only in the following cases (according to D.L. 206/2005):
- the request must be made within 14 days date of delivery of the order.
To initiate the return procedure, you need to create a request from this page.
If you made the purchase as a guest, you will need to register on the site with the same email address used for the purchase in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.Once the request has been made, you will receive at your email address the return document to insert inside the package and the shipping label to affix on the outside of the package.
Transport costs for returning the product are free of charge.
The courier will pass within 3 working days after the return request.
Acceptance of returned goods shall only take place in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- the product must be undamaged and unused;
- the tag accompanying the product and/or the seal must not have been removed.
Following verification of the existence of the above conditions, we will refund the amount paid. Only the amounts collected for the purchase of the products will be refunded, net of shipping costs and any cash on delivery fee. If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the sender.
Note: We will not accept returns of items unless the above procedure has been followed and the above requirements have been met.
